The Cultural Foundation of the National Bank of Greece (MIET, www.miet.gr ) is the oldest and largest bank foundation in the country. MIET regularly organises exhibitions, events and various cultural and educational activities. It has published more than 600 titles, mainly in the humanities. Our library, containing more than 130,000 titles, and our unique collection of historical, literary and artistic archives (documents and manuscripts from the 11th to the 19th centuries, more than 6,000 works of art, photographs, press, maps, postcards, etc.), are welcoming all those interested in studying various aspects of modern Greek history and culture.
