Sapienza University is located in Rome, is one of the leading and oldest Italian universities, with over 700 years of history it is the largest University in Europe and among the oldest and most prestigious in Europe.
Sapienza hosts a large academic community composed of thousands of students, faculty, and researchers from around the world. The Department of Psychology was founded in 1983 and it is part of the Faculty of Medicine and Psychology of Sapienza. It is characterized by an international approach of the research activity and the excellence of the scientific productivity in different areas of Psychology, Neuroscience, Behaviour, Mental Health and Clinical diseases.
The research group which is part of the Meta Museum project, consists of neuroscientists specializing in neuroaesthetic research and neurorehabilitation.
